Your watch is internationally warranted by True North Watch Co. for one year from the date of purchase for any material or workmanship defects.

This warranty does not cover: glass; batteries; internal or external damage resulting from excessive wear, improper use or mishandling; or damage resulting from service provided from an unauthorized service center.

You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days, as long as the item has not been used. All original packaging must be returned with the product without having been taken off.
