Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Because True North Collections is a small, independent watchmaking workshop based in Los Angeles, limited-edition and collaboration releases (such as collaboration drops) may have longer processing times due to high demand or limited production runs. Any expected delays for a specific release will be noted on the product page.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Expedited Shipping: [1–3 business days] – $[X]
    All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, given the value of the product.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within [7–21 business days], depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking data to update after the shipping label is created.

Signature Confirmation
Due to the value of our watches, orders may require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery address.

Limited & Collaboration Releases
Watches from limited collaborations (Pan Am x True North, Wind Vintage x TNC, etc.) are produced in small batches. Shipping timelines for these releases may differ from standard inventory and will be communicated at checkout or via email updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
True North Collections is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at [email/contact page] within [X days] with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, though we're happy to assist in redirecting a package where possible.
